CEGEP APPLICATIONS

For CEGEP full daytime programs only; evening courses are through Continuing Education at a later date

How do I apply to Vanier, John Abbott, Macdonald College, Heritage College, Champlain-Lennoxville and all public French CEGEPs?

To complete your online application:

You need to choose ONE CEGEP and ONE program (there is one application and 3 rounds)
Have your permanent code available (found on Ministry transcript, or student ID)
You must pay the application fees (30$ non-refundable)
- By VISA or MASTERCARD credit card, directly on the secure website
- By certified cheque or money order payable to SRAM (at the address specified online)
Once you have confirmed your application for admission, if SRAM has indicated that you need to supply further information or documents, further instructions will appear on the screen
- The most effective way to send documents to SRAM is by using the menu “Upload Documents” on the website to send them electronically
- If you were born outside Quebec, you must provide a copy of your birth certificate. If you were born outside Canada you must also provide a copy of your Canadian Citizenship documents and mail those to every CEGEP concerned.

ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING PAYMENT, MUST ARRIVE AT SRAM BEFORE March 1^st
If you are refused, choose a second program at the same CEGEP for Round 2 (mid-April), or you might consider applying to the same or a different program at a different CEGEP where there is more space. Your term 2 marks will be seen by the CEGEPs for Rounds 2 and 3 also.

How do I apply to Dawson College and Champlain-St.Lambert?

They are not on SRAM!

Apply for Champlain St-Lambert @ http://commonapplication.qc.ca/

To complete your online application:

For Champlain and Dawson, you can have a first choice and a second choice. If you are not accepted into your first choice of program, they will transfer your file to your second choice program. Therefore, it is a good idea to make your second choice a program that has either more space or fewer specific prerequisites. Consult your Guidance Department for more information.
If you apply for both colleges, you must pay the application fee for each of them.

You must submit your application for admission by clicking on the CONFIRMATION BUTTON
Once you have confirmed your application for admission, if there is a need for you to supply further information or documents, you will be contacted by email. Check regularly!

How do I apply to PRIVATE CEGEPS? *Additional Tuition Fees Apply

In such a case, you apply directly to the individual college (on their websites).
